After cramming into a red sedan, four individuals found themselves in the midst of a police chase spanning Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties on Thursday night. West Covina Police identified the red Dodge Charger in connection with a business robbery on N Citrus Ave.
Although the initial pursuit by West Covina officers was called off due to the vehicle's high speed, law enforcement, supported by a helicopter, later rediscovered the car. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) took charge of the pursuit, and SkyFOX captured the scene in Ontario as the suspect led authorities through West Covina, Pomona, and Ontario.
Reaching speeds of 120 miles per hour, the suspect narrowly avoided collisions. The pursuit concluded near a gas station on South Euclid Avenue in Ontario, where all four occupants fled in different directions. West Covina Police confirmed the successful apprehension of all suspects, with no reported incidents of carjacking at this time.
